|3-6||This class has no prerequisites and is geared towards athletes with little to no previous tumbling experience. Athletes in the Tiny Tumbling class will learn:

|All ages||Open Gym is your opportunity to work on any and all skills, from tumbling, stunting, flexibility, and conditioning.|
|All ages||Flex is a flexibility and stretch class with the goal to increase flexibility and body strength. This class will improve tumbling and jumps, prevent injury, and help any aspiring flyers have the body positions they need for stunt class or for their all star/school team. This class is also great for dancers for body alignment and ankle strength.|
May be combined with Flyer Techniques class.
|All ages||This is an intensive flexibility/stretching class for anyone looking to improve flexibility. There will be a focus on flexibility, especially concentrated towards stretches for the back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings and quadriceps as well as body positions (scorpion, scale, heel stretch, overstretch).|
|All ages||Learn the fundamentals of flying through the necessary drills and progressions to do various skills. The class will include stretching, core conditioning necessary to hold proper body positions, and work on actual flying skills. Working on all aspects of flying from the basics on up. May be combined with Flexibility class.|

|For crawlers to age 4||Join your little ones for a fun filled class helping your child’s development and learning basic tumbling skills while letting out some energy!|
|Stunt Class||All ages||Want to work on perfecting your stunting skills….join us for this class.|
Just starting?…this class will introduce athletes to the basics of stunting and focus on proper technique and progression. Want to progress to the next level, this class is for you. All skills from welcome but is geared towards level 1-2 stunting.
|Elite Stunt Class||8-18||This class advances your stunting to the next level is geared towards level 3-5. For both bases and flyers, the Elite Stunt class is designed to teach proper stunting technique as well as build skills needed to hit those stunts solid every time.|
|Tumbling Clinic||All ages||Want to work on perfecting your tumbling skills….join us for this clinic. This clinic is designed to help athletes focus on the proper body positions to allow their tumbling skills to progress. All skills from basics to advanced welcome.|
